With options like hand-crafted sugar flowers, ruffled fondant accents, bas relief, 24K edible gold, custom buttercream piping or brush techniques (to name a few) they are truly works of art. Containing up to three flavors per cake, each slice is meant to be served as a beautifully composed dessert course. We now finish a majority of our cakes in buttercream or chocolate ganache.  We use fondant for hand-painted cakes.
