Scarlett Kilzer is the owner and pastry chef of Miam Cake.  Specializing in luxury wedding cakes, French macarons and confections, Scarlett is most known for her hand-sculpted sugar flowers, with detailed projects that can take weeks to complete.  Scarlett's style is sophisticated and modern with flavor fusions that are bold and fragrant.

The quality of our cakes and confections are top notch because we use organic flour, butter, eggs, cream, fruit and make our cakes, fillings & buttercream in-house.

Following a career as a classical opera singer and more than 10 years of pastry experience, Scarlett Kilzer brings her knowledge of classical music history, costume & set design, fine art- watercolor, pen & ink and sculpting into her designs.  Scarlett Kilzer designs are clean and delicate with the sophistication of Floral Haute Couture.
